Due to increases in costs from our Courier Delivery and insurance partners we have had to change some of our Shipping Policy.

The following changes have been made to our Courier Delivery options:

• Local & Bendigo Regions
• Flat-rate is now $7.99.
• Free delivery delivery is now available for orders over $100.
• Metro Melbourne & Other Regional VIC
• Flat-rate is now $11.99.

We have also added Courier Delivery Fees for all of our courier delivery flat-rates:

• Authority to Leave (No additional cost)
• Authority to Leave is unavailable for orders over $250.
• Standard Delivery (+$1)
• Standard Delivery is free on orders over $100.
• Standard Delivery is unavailable for orders over $500.
• Signature Required (+$2)
• Signature Required fee will be reduced to $1 on orders over $100.
• Signature Required is free for orders over $150.

These fees are added costs to all Courier Delivery flat-rates and offered as separate delivery options during checkout.

These changes will be effective from 17/10/2021.
