Click & Collect – FREE
We provide an order collection service from our Castlemaine Office Supplies shop located at 40 Lyttleton Street, Castlemaine, VIC.
Due to inventory spread between both the shop and our local warehouse, there can be wait times of up to 4 hours to fulfill your order ready for collection. Products from online orders are sourced from our online store, where stock is available, and will be transferred to the shop for collection. You can use our stock level indicator on product pages to see stock levels at our shop and our online warehouse.
You will receive a notification confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you’ve received this email before coming into the shop. If you think you’ve missed the notification, please check your emails spam folder.
Orders failed to be collected after 30 days of order fulfilment will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
Australia-Wide Shipping – $14.99
Deliveries to "Australia-Wide Shipping" will be shipped by Australia Post or by Aramex (wherever applicable). In most circumstances Australia Post is our preferred shipping partner, however bulky and heavy packages may be sent via Aramex in serviceable areas.
Insured Shipping
To protect the delivery of your order, an additional $5 will be added to the shipping to cover additional insurance and signature-required deliveries.
This additional freight charge is applied to orders valued over $250 and contains products of the following types:

International Shipping
We use a shipping calculator to provide shipping rates to international addresses, provided by Australia Post. While we work hard to make sure that the rates are accurate, if you believe that a shipping rate is inaccurate, please
get in touch with us - we are very happy to provide a quote for your international order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to source a delivery quote to your country.
Green Shipping
In our continued effort to reduce waste, your order may be packed in reused boxes and/or boxes made from recycled materials.
We will also use reused packaging materials with a preference to use biodegradable or recyclable materials to fill your order to make sure that you receive your order in the best condition whilst also caring for the environment.
