Disney Lorcana TCG: Rise of the Floodborn - Gift Set

Bringing together Disney’s century of storytelling experience and Ravensburger’s 140 years of games excellence, the Disney Lorcana trading card game is a magical and collectible game that transports players to the wondrous realm of Lorcana.

Here, two or more players become “Illumineers” and wield magical inks to summon a team of Disney characters known as glimmers, who appear in both familiar and fantastical ways. Players explore the realm of Lorcana alongside their teams of glimmers as they race to be the first to collect 20 “lore.” In each game, players will play characters, actions, and items from their hands and choose whether to have their characters “quest” for lore or challenge opponents to slow them down.

For a century, animators at Walt Disney Animation Studios have used ink to create magical characters and stories. Their work is celebrated in this premium quality Disney 100 Collector’s Edition. Illustrated by Disney animators, these alternate art cards are available only as part of this limited Collector’s Edition.

• Mickey Mouse – Friendly Face
  Illustrated by Mark Henn
  Legendary animator Mark Henn started as an inbetweener on Disney’s The Fox and the Hound and went on to supervise the animation of some of Disney’s most beloved princesses and heroes, including Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Mulan, and Tiana.
• Elsa – Gloves Off
  Illustrated by Brittney Lee
  Visual development artist Brittney Lee has worked on hit films including Disney’s Frozen, Frozen 2, Wreck-It Ralph, and Zootopia. For the Frozen films, Lee focused on the now-iconic cast of characters, helping to design costumes and hairstyles as well as the interior of Elsa’s extraordinary ice palace.
• Genie – Powers Unleashed
  Illustrated by Eric Goldberg
  Animator and director Eric Goldberg is renowned for his role in creating and supervising the animation of the Genie character for Disney’s Aladdin and for directing Pocahontas and the “Rhapsody in Blue” and “Carnival of the Animals” sequences for Fantasia/2000, along with numerous other achievements.
• Stitch – Abomination
  Illustrated by Alex Kupershmidt
  Alex Kupershmidt was the supervising animator for Disney’s Stitch, with a career that began with Disney’s The Rescuers Down Under. He has contributed to many of Disney Animation’s most beloved films, most recently as technical animation 2D lead on Raya and the Last Dragon, Frozen 2, and Strange World.
• Maleficent – Uninvited
  Illustrated by Lorelay Bové
  Visual development artist Lorelay Bové has worked on several award-winning films including Disney’s Big Hero 6 and Zootopia as well as Encanto, on which she served as associate production designer. Bové has also done illustrations for several books, galleries, and Walt Disney Records’ Legacy Collection.
• Maui – Demigod
  Illustrated by Bill Schwab
  Bill Schwab has led the character design team for hit films including Disney’s Moana, Frozen 2, and Wish. Schwab has also worked on Frozen, Wreck-It Ralph, Zootopia, and Tangled and received an Emmy® for his work on Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice.
